I think I am a veteran at this company and I am proud to have worked towards our goals with DTBA all this time. I am impressed with the opportunities I am given at the company. I am a hardworking person, and at this company I was given the opportunity to fulfill my potential, for this reason I feel appreciated. The company is always expanding, but there is a low turnover of staff. Those who know how to do their job will be appreciated.

I have worked for many foreign companies, but so far only DTBA Construction could provide me with stability at work. I feel comfortable at work and know that I will always have a stable job. I am a qualified electrician, the work needs to be done with a great care, so I admire that the work is explained in a great detail. The organisational support, quick supply of needed materials and wages paid are according to the standards that I expect from the employer.

I work for DTBA only 4 months, but I had a good opinion about this company from the start. The most important aspect for me is great organisational skills within the management team and the fact that they take my opinion into consideration. I admire company’s perspective and the way they treat their employees. At the moment I have an opportunity to study Swedish language at the company’s funded course. I feel valuable and encouraged to develop.

I work with this company for over a year now and I am very happy to be part of it. I am pleased with the work we do, and that I can be in the area that fits my expertise. Work became much easier as I have an opportunity to work with high quality tools and materials. It is easy to work day by day when the people you work with are friendly and kind. For me the most important feature of the company was the management, as they care for their employees and invest into them. At the moment I have an opportunity to study Swedish, and study expenses are covered by the employer, it opens up new opportunities for me. Regardless of my age, my employer notices my professional development.

I have been invited to join the team two year ago when the company was just a start up. The company was still fragile, consisting of around 12 members of staff, with determination to become stable and ever growing construction firm. Now our team has around 35 members of staff and conduct much more challenging tasks and greater projects. At the beginning there were some difficulties with obtaining best quality tools which make work easier, but now every single worker has its own set of tools required to deliver great quality of work. We have young and ambitious managing director Tadas who knows what he wants for his team. I would like to wish the best of luck to all of us keeping up the good work that we do.

DTBA is a relatively young company, which is fast growing and developing with the help of its employees, who benefit the company with new ideas. They get innovative ideas communicating with each other and spending their free time together. We as employees get our motivation from our managing director who continuously invest into the expansion of the business, as well as, the wellbeing of the team. The staff is helpful. More qualified employees help those who lack the knowledge, helping to develop team’s professionalism and the quality of work delivered by the team as a whole. A lot of workers come and they think they know it all. But there is a big difference between the standards for the construction industry that are required in Lithuania and Sweden. We are happy to help all of the workers to learn more about the specifics of the job, new technologies and other requirements that are crucial for work.
